Returns & Refunds Policy

At Greed Archive, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms below.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be in their original condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be free from stains, marks, odours, or damage

  • Be returned in the original packaging where reasonably possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the customer.

30-Day Refunds

If you are eligible for a return, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Change of Mind

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Greed Archive will provide the appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for returns and refunds under this policy unless otherwise stated on the product page. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact Greed Archive with:

  • Your order number

  • The item you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos of the item, if requested

We will provide return instructions if your request is approved.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Important

This policy does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where Australian Consumer Law provides you with rights that are different from or greater than those stated in this policy, those rights will apply.

Greed Archive reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions of this policy, except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.
